I. Serve the Lord with Gladness. (vs. 1-2)
Psalm 100:1 – “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.”
Psalm 100:2a – “Serve the LORD with gladness.”
Psalm 100:2b – “Come before his presence with singing.”
II. Why? Because He Is God. (v. 3) – “Know ye that the LORD he is God.”
A. He is our Creator God – “It is he that hath made us.”
B. He is our Sovereign God – “And not we ourselves.”
C. He is our Savior God – “We are his people.”
D. He is our Shepherd God – “And the sheep of his pasture.”
III. Give Thanks unto the Lord. (v. 4)
Psalm 100:4a – “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise.”
Psalm 100:4b – “Be thankful unto him.”
Psalm 100:4c – “And bless his name.”
IV. Why? Because He Is Good. (v. 5) – “For the LORD is good.”
A. He is the merciful God – “His mercy is everlasting.”
B. He is the faithful God – “And his truth endureth to all generations.”
